Changhua City

Changhua is a city located in central Taiwan, known for its rich cultural heritage and traditional industries. Visitors to Changhua can explore the city's many temples, including the historic Lukang Longshan Temple, which dates back to the Qing dynasty. The city is also known for its traditional industries, such as bamboo weaving and wood carving, which can be seen in local markets and shops. Changhua is also home to several museums, including the Changhua Arts Museum and the Lukang Folk Arts Museum, which showcase the city's artistic and cultural history. Foodies will enjoy the local cuisine of Changhua, which includes specialties such as meatballs and beef noodles. The city is also surrounded by natural beauty, with several parks and scenic areas located nearby, such as Bagua Mountain and the scenic Sun Moon Lake. Overall, Changhua is a charming and authentic Taiwanese destination that offers a taste of the country's culture, history, and natural beauty.

Changhua is known as “the granary of Taiwan” and is considered the breadbasket of Taiwan, due to its fertile land. I spent a couple days here and been here quite a bit. There are some places I explored on the coast, and scenic areas involving trees and colors depending on seasons. Changhua wasn't really a spot I'd want to hang out in. It was pretty boring.   I do have some hearts on my Google map, but nothing worth mentioning here, except:​

Lu Kang Old Street 🏠

This is a cool little area where they have folks selling their wares. It's an old street so it has charm and interesting old school architecture. I have been here a couple times. It’s worth checking out.​ 

鹿港老街:這是一個很酷的小地方，有些區域是規劃來賣商品。他是老街，所以有它迷人有趣之處，老式建築。我來過幾次，很值得造訪。

Mt. Bagua Buddha Temple 🏠⭐
