You can find Vietnamese food anywhere. There are lots of Vietnamese restaurants. You can even find some on most islands. Thai food, I ate less, but there are lots of options around the main island. Indian food as well. All these types have some gluten free options, but always double check to make sure. You can also cook at if you have a kitchen.

 

 

 

 

 

 There are lots of Vietnamese restaurants everywhere, even places you wouldn’t think. Not just in Taichung but everywhere in Taiwan. I lived in Vietnam for 3 years. Rice noodles and I know dishes. It was easy for me.

 I go to Carrefour and buy my food and cook at home. I did not know how to cook until I came here, now I do. The food shortage has caused a HUGE damper in finding the foods I need to eat. It’s been really hard (I wrote this July 1st, 2022)
