Bridge to Buddihst temple, Hsinchu County, Taiwan

Hsinchu is the “Silicon Valley” of Taiwan. I’ve stayed here a few times, but like Taoyuen, there wasn’t really anything here that impressed me. Though there are a few places I explored and will mention below.

I just got to give some love to Hsinchu.

This is a cool spot to take pictures of the man-made waterfalls. I came here at night and did some long exposures. I didn’t know that fishermen go there at night with flashlights. I was a bit startled when I started seeing lights appearing from the river. Cool spot!

Don’t know anything about this place except it's a temple with a huge Buddha statue. I enjoyed walking around because it was very nice. There are green spaces, a river and the temple itself, which I did not enter.

These wetlands are pretty common on the west coast. For me, it gets really interesting once you reach Tainan. Still worth checking out if you’re here.

This place is just a coastal road you can walk or bike down. Sun sets on the west, it's the west coast. It's not bad.
